Noa Noa has a no return, exchange only policy. If you’re not satisfied with items you have purchased, simply return items to Noa Noa in its original packaging, in an unwashed and unused condition within 21 days of the shipment date and we’ll be happy to make an exchange. Sales and shipping are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
